While teaching on a Fulbright grant in Russia in 2004 I acquired a landscape that may be a Levitan, but is unsigned? I assume that hundreds of his works are unaccounted for? How can I verify? Thanks!

You may make it in Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow. But, we're think, it's a fake.
